Ida Persson

Ms. Ida Persson is a transitional justice expert with over a decade of legal and program management experience. She currently serves as Special Adviser to the Honorable Attorney General and Minister of Justice of the Republic of The Gambia, where she heads the Secretariat to the Steering Committee on the Implementation of the Truth, Reconciliation and Reparations Commission (TRRC) Recommendations. Prior to her current role, Ms. Persson held senior positions within the UNDP in The Gambia, serving as a Transitional Justice & Human Rights Specialist and later as Program Specialist & Head of Governance.
