Mr. Joaquim Costa Caiombo is responsible for implementing the Angolan government’s public policies and programs for young people. He leads strategic initiatives focused on youth development, capacity building, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement.
His work focuses on creating enabling environments that support Angolan youth to actively engage in the country’s social, economic, and political development.
