Mahamat Haroun Adoum

Mr. Mahamat Haroun Adoum serves as the Vice President of the African Union’s Economic, Social, and Cultural Council (ECOSOCC), where he leads efforts to promote social inclusion and economic empowerment across the continent. His work is centered on strengthening civil society engagement within the African Union framework and ensuring that community-led voices are integrated into policy-making.
