Moumouni Dialla

Honourable Moumouni Dialla is a Member of Parliament and the President of the Pan-African Youth Union (PAYU), the apex body for youth organizations in Africa. A prominent figure in continental governance, he recently spearheaded the signing of a strategic partnership with the African Union Commission to formalize youth leadership structures and ensure young people are central to the continent’s decision-making processes. Prior to his current role, Honourable Dialla served as the President of the National Youth Council of Burkina Faso. His recent work includes leading the Abuja and Luanda declarations, which advocate for the standardization of national youth councils across the continent and the increased participation of African youth in global diplomacy and international affairs.
